History/Philosophy: The farm was founded in the 1850s. It has been farmed by three generations of Jurevich for 50 years. Bill Jurevich, who began farming in the 1920s, was one of the original members of the Monterey Bay Certified Farmers Market and was the president of the organization at one time.
