About Jeff Lester, DO
Founder of The Lester Clinic of Integrative Medicine and Training Center
Meet Dr. Jeff Lester, founder of the Lester Clinic of Integrative Medicine and Training Center. He was first trained in Western Medicine as a physician and surgeon at Southeastern Medical Center in Miami and graduated from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1986. His interest was in intensive care, trauma medicine and vascular surgery. After completing his medical degree he received seven years of postgraduate training in Classical Homeopathic Medicine. He has been on the faculty of three postgraduate homeopathic schools including his own that he formed in 2000 as the Central Coast Academy of Homeopathic Medicine. MD’s, DO’s and other health professionals attend for homeopathic medical training and to learn Dr. Lester's methods.
In addition Dr. Lester incorporates an integrative medical approach to his patient care. This includes teaching patients about a healthy diet full of fresh fruits and vegetables, an exercise plan and stress reduction. Testing for allergies, hormone imbalances and neurochemical imbalances are incorporated in a typical plan for patients.
Our new and exciting program, California Medical Weight Management, is used with many patients to clear their system set and help them reach a healthy goal weight and to start fresh with a long term wellness plan.
