History/Philosophy: Mou and his family have been growing produce in Fresno since 2005. They are the first generation to be growing in Fresno but Mou comes from a long line of farmers from his native Laos. Conventional farming methods are used, although an effort to minimize pesticide and herbicide use is employed whenever possible.
