Products: Berries include strawberries year round, and raspberries from May through November. Produce includes celery, onions, leeks, carrots, cabbage, squash, broccoli, beets, cauliflower and tomatoes.

History/Philosophy: The B in “Cortez Farms B” is to distinguish Benny’s farm from his brother’s farm that is named Cortez Farms! Benny has been farming his entire life. He comes from a long line of farmers. He works 14 acres of land adjacent to his brother’s farm and his sister’s farm, named Mi Ranchito. Benny employs 15 people. In addition to attending all four Monterey Bay Certified Farmers Markets, he sells his fruit and produce at five additional markets each week.
