Markets: Aptos, Carmel, Salinas, and Monterey

Products: Assorted pastries including several sizes of pies (3", 5" and 8"), cobblers, no sugar-added pies, croissants, Danish pastries, muffins, quiches, pound cakes, angel food cakes, streudel, large assortment of cookies. Seasonal items include tamales, rellenas and enchiladas.

History/Philosophy: We use all natural products. Our goal is to provide our customers with fresh high quality products that are as healthful as we can make them, without compromising taste, at an affordable cost. We produce and sell our products ourselves. We are also in the catering business specializing in all types and sizes of events.
